Appointments can be booked through our booking link or via WhatsApp. While walk-ins are always welcome, clients with confirmed bookings will receive first preference.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service and can impact appointments scheduled after yours.
When making your booking, please include every service you require. Whether it’s a wash, treatment, trim, braid removal, styling, or installation, adding all services upfront allows us to allocate sufficient time for your appointment.
For your convenience, we accept card payments.
If you have already paid a deposit, kindly have your proof of payment available when you arrive at the salon.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with your hairstyle, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
Our team will assess the concern and, where necessary, make adjustments to ensure you leave feeling confident and happy with your hair.
